¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Mr. Rakesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the private respondent no. 5 states that petitioner has already filed O.S. No. 57 of 2019 before Civil Judge (SD), Raibareli with regard to the civil dispute and also moved before the revenue authorities.

¶3In view thereof, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present writ petition.
