Learned counsel for the respondents raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative and statutory remedy of revision under the U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act 1953 against the impugned order, before the Deputy Director of Consolidation, which is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of above, the petition is dismissed on the ground of availability of alternative and statutory remedy, which may be availed by the petitioner in accordance with law.
