¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri N.C. Mehrotra, learned counsel for respondents no.2 to 4.

¶2Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing at some length submits that he does not intend to press the writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue other remedy as may be available to him.
