¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court claiming that they have been dispossessed on the basis of a common judgment and order dated 8.6.2004 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2628 (MB) of 2004 "Hari Prasad Tiwari vs. State of U.P. and others" and Writ Petition No.2658 (MB) of 2004 "Deva Shanker Shukla vs. State of U.P. and others".

¶3In the given circumstances, petitioners have a remedy of filing a review application in the aforesaid cases, where they can claim that fraud is committed by private respondents.
