Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the impugned order dated 22.06.2023 whereby lease of petitioner has been cancelled. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of present petition, a notice is received to the petitioner from Vice Chariman, Lucknow Development Authority for providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner would be submitting his reply. Learned counsel for the L.D.A. states that petitioner has to approach before Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority on 03.11.2023. Let the matter concluded by the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority within a period of six weeks from today after giving an opportunity of hearing to the learned counsel for the petitioner by passing the reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law. The cancellation of lease deed shall be subject to final order to be passed by the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority. With the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of.
