¶1Instant petition is directed against the order dated

05.08.2021 passed by Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Lucknow observing therein that the dispute between the parties relating to apportionment of the compensation amount is subject matter of reference to the Court pursuant to order dated 31.08.2012. He has therefore declined to take cognizance of the compromise entered into between the parties subsequently on 24.01.2019.

¶2After making brief submissions, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioners to file the compromise before the Reference Court so that the Reference Court, after due verification of the compromise, decides the reference accordingly.

¶3The prayer made is allowed.
