¶1Matter taken up in revised call. Counsel for the petitioner is not present. Sri Surya Bhan Pandey, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Varun Pandey is present for respondents.

¶2The prayer made in the instant petition is for direction to the respondents to issue passport to the petitioner immediately and to decide his representation dated 08.04.2022 made in this behalf.

¶3Learned counsel for the respondents points out that the passport has already been issued in favour of the petitioner and it was dispatched to him on 07.12.2022 and, therefore, according to him, nothing survives in the instant matter.

¶4Having regard to the aforesaid stand of the respondents, we are of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
