The petitioner has approached this Court praying that the petitioner has initiated proceedings under Section 122-B of U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, which are pending since the year 2008 for registering his name on Gata Nos.562-Ka and 563-Gha, situated in Village-Noorpur, Pargana-Dariyabad, Tehsil-Ramsanehighat, District-Barabanki. The petitioner was required to submit order sheet, which is also filed along with supplementary affidavit. We have perused the same. In the given circumstances, it is provided that the proceedings under Section 122-B bearing Case No.T202304120204450 shall be considered and decided by the Tehsildar Ramsanehighat, Barabanki respondent No.3 within a period of two months from the date of copy of this order is placed and the eviction of the petitioner shall be subject to the final order passed by respondent No.3.
