Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that this petition has wrongly been filed and he does not want to press the same, therefore, he prays that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate proceedings to readdressal of his grievance. Learned AGA for the State has no objection to the aforesaid submissions of learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed with the aforesaid liberty. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the orders if any, to the counsel for the petitioners, in accordance with law.
