¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has informed that the recall application which was pending consideration has been decided on 6.10.2023 and he has produced the photocopy of the order-sheet before the Court, same is taken on record.

¶3In view of the aforesaid development there will be no useful purpose to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶4Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.
