Vijay Kumar and Another), whereas the suit has been filed on 01.07.2023. Perusal of the order sheet indicates that even the written statement has yet to be filed in the suit. In view of above, no direction can be issued to pass an order in the case of 2023 and this petition is liable to be dismissed. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to press his application before the concerned court.
