Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that opposite parties are illegally constructing water tank over the land of the petitioner bearing Gata No. 484 min Area 0.190 hectare situated in village-Niyamatpur, Pargana-Rudauli, Tehsil-Ram Sanehighat, District Barabanki. Counsel for the petitioner submits that application under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned since

23.02.2023. He further prayed that the same be decided within a stipulated time frame, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub Divisional Magistrate concerned to decide the same and take the matter to its logical conclusion in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order after hearing all the concerned parties, within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him.
