¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the sole opposite party/ contemnor.

¶2Sri Shivam Sharma, learned counsel for the opposite party/ contemnor has drawn attention of this Court towards the order dated 09.10.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Raebareli, which has been provided to the Court, deciding the representation of the petitioner in terms of order of the Writ Court. The same is taken on record. The copy of the aforesaid order dated 09.10.2023 has already been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In the light of the aforesaid development, there remains nothing to be adjudicated in the instant contempt petition.

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notice, if any, stands discharged.

¶6However, it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 09.10.2023 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Raebareli, if he is aggrieved from the aforesaid order, before appropriate court of law/ authority.
