¶3Legal heirs of respondent No.4 have moved application bearing C. M. Application No.IA/6/2023 for abatement stating that respondent No.4 had died about 6 to 7 years ago and no application for setting aside abatement has been filed till date.

¶4In the aforesaid circumstances and also considering that the case pertains to 2002, the petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
