¶1Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

¶2The present application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to direct the learned court below to expedite and conclude the trial of Complaint Case No.1120 of 2021, under Section 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Ayodhya (Faizabad).

¶3Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the case was listed for passing of order under Section 203 and 204 CrPC and also requested to dispose of the case with a direction to the Court below to pass the order for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid case.

¶4Learned A.G.A. has no objection, in case, a direction for expeditious disposal of the case has been issued.

¶5Considering the arguments of learned counsel for the parties and going through the records, learned court below is directed to decide the complaint case of the applicant, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with the law.
