Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the auction of fish pond made in favour of the respondent no. 9 vide order dated 11.07.2023. Learned Standing Counsel and Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha concerned raises a preliminary objection that there is a delay of three months and petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy of appeal under Rule 59 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In view of the availability of alternative statutory remedy to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. This petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law.
