Petitioners claim that a pipeline is laid over their agricultural land i.e. Gata No. 736, 804 & 808 of village-Silauta, Pargana Badosarai, Tehsil Ram Nagar, District Barabanki by the U.P. Jal Nigam. Learned Standing Counsel and Sri Vijay Vikram Singh, learned counsel for the Jal Nigam dispute the correctness of the said fact. In the given facts and circumstances, petitioners are permitted to file an application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 before the S.D.M./ Parganadhikari-respondent no. 3 who shall get the land of the petitioner demarcated in accordance with law after hearing all the parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. With the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of. If it is found that the land in question, which belongs to the petitioners are being used for laying down of pipeline, they are at liberty to file afresh writ petition. (Manish Kumar, J.)
