Petitioner has approached this Court for a direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned recovery citation as well as confiscation order dated 05.10.2023 passed by the respondent no. 2-Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil Amethi, District Amethi. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the following order is passed. Petitioner shall deposit Rs. 50 thousand within a period of one month from today. Remaining amount shall be paid in 12 equal monthly installments. In case of any further interest due against the petitioner, the same shall be paid in the last installment. In case of failure to pay any of the installments, it shall be open for the respondent Bank to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with the Rules. Writ petition stands disposed of.
