¶1Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for applicant.

¶2In view of the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support of application for condonation of delay in filing review application, the application is allowed.

¶3Accordingly, delay in filing the review application is condoned. (Order on Review Application)

¶1Present review application has been filed by the petitioner for review of the order dated 31.05.2023 passed in Writ A No. 4464 of 2023.

¶2It has been submitted by learned counsel for applicant that the applicant has filed a writ petition being Writ A No. 4464 of 2023 seeking a direction to the respondents to pay family pension and death gratuity amount of deceased wife of petitioner and No. 1 and mother of petitioner no. 2 & 3 along with admissible interest forthwith.

¶3This Court after considering the said case has disposed of the writ petition on 31.05.2023 with following direction: "6. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 2 - Director of Education (Madhyamik), Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya to consider and decide representation of the petitioner dated 13.09.2022 (Annexure-15 to the writ petition), expeditiously, say within six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him by means of reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law and communicate the decision to petitioners."

¶4It seems that the competent authority to decide the representation of the petitioner is Director of Education (Madhyamik), Uttar Pradesh and in the order dated 31.05.20232 respondent has been wrongly described as Director of Education (Madhyamik), Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya.

¶5Accordingly, the review application is disposed of and the order dated 31.05.2023 is modified to the extend that in paragraph Nos. 4, 5 & 6, Director of Education (Madhyamik), Uttar Pradesh shall be read in place of respondent no. 2 - Director of Education (Madhyamik), Ayodhya Mandal, Ayodhya.
