Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy under Section 67 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. Faced with this learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to take out appropriate proceedings before the competent court under the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006. It is always open to the petitioner to avail his remedies in law. The writ petition is finally disposed of.
