Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he has purchased a part of land bearing Gata No. 322 from Sajan Devi wife of Mohan lal, erstwhile owner of the land. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now Gaon Sabha is raising water tank on the said land. Learned Standing Counsel and Shri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned Counsel for the Gaon Sabha state that petitioner has an alternative remedy to get his part of the land bifurcated/demarcated in accordance with law under the the U.P. Revenue Code. In case, such an application is filed by the petitioner, the Collector concerned shall consider and decide the same as expeditiously as possible say within a period of three months in accordance with law.
