Present petition has been preferred for a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 1 to execute the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Complaint No. LKO162/12/0014/2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 1 has already passed the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in complaint No. LKO162/12/0014/2019 but the same is not being given effect though application for execution of that order is already moved. Writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to execute the order dated 16.12.2021 passed in Complaint No. LKO162/12/0014/2019 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order unless there is no legal impediment.
