Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole grievance of the petitioner is that on 09.08.2023 auction of fisheries pond has taken place, which is not in accordance with law. Learned Standing Counsel raises a preliminary objection that petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy of appeal under Rule 59 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In view of the availability of alternative statutory remedy to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. This petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law. In case, any such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by authority concerned expeditiously.
