¶2Sri Prabhakar Tiwari, learned counsel for the opposite party has filed affidavit of compliance, the same is taken on record.

¶3Annexure No.1 of the aforesaid affidavit of compliance is an order dated 30.09.2023 passed by the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar in the proceedings under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 deciding the mutation case.

¶4In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.

¶5Accordingly, the present contempt petition is dismissed.
