Learned Standing Counsel on instruction states that fisheries lease has already been finalized on 18.10.2023. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner has an alternative statutory remedy of appeal under Rule 59 of U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In view of the availability of alternative statutory remedy to the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. This petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority in accordance with law. In case, any such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and decided by authority concerned expeditiously.
