¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Amrendra Pratap Singh, learned Addl. C.S.C. for the opposite party.

¶2Sri Singh has stated that in compliance of the order of the writ court the representation of the petitioner has been decided by the Director, Education (Secondary) vide order dated

27.10.2023, the copy thereof has been taken on record and the same has been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

¶3In view of above there there is no purpose to keep this contempt petition pending any longer.

¶4Accordingly, the contempt petition is dismissed.

¶5Notices discharged.
