¶1Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that her claim under the Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojna is not decided as yet.
¶2Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions states that the claim of petitioner has been rejected by the Committee on 23.05.2023.
¶3Respondent no.1 District Magistrate, Unnao shall provide a copy of the rejection order to petitioner within a period of two weeks on her submission of a certified copy of this order before him.
