¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and 4 and learned Standing Counsel for State.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court challenging the show cause notice dated 19.09.2023 to show as to why unauthorized constructions be not removed and penalty be not imposed against her.

¶3Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for respondent Development Authority raises preliminary objection and submits that the aforesaid is only a show cause notice and petitioner can raise all her grievance and submit her reply before the prescribed authority and the same shall be duly considered.
