¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court with regard to non-completion of project and demand of enhanced cost as well as penal interest.

¶3Sri Puneet Chandra, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 4, raises a preliminary objection that petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy before the RERA Authority.
