¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite parties to ensure the release of fund for the construction of house of the petitioner under the scheme of U.P. Mukhyamantri Awas Yojana Gramin, at the earliest."

¶3Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met, in case aforesaid application of petitioner for release of fund is considered and decided in a time bound manner.

¶4Learned counsel for respondents have no objection to the same.

¶5In view thereof, without entering into the merits of the case, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.5-Chief Development Officer, Pratapgarh to consider and decide the application of petitioner for release of fund, in accordance with law, by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is served upon him.
