¶1Reply filed against the counter affidavit by the petitioner is taken on record.

¶2Heard learned counsel for the parties.

¶3Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that he was granted an injunction order by the Civil Judge on 09.03.2022 and prays for mandamus to take necessary action against opposite party nos.6 to 10 i.e. police authorities and administrative authorities and directing for maintaining anti status-quo over the land in dispute and further necessary orders to State and private respondents to maintain majesty of the Civil Court. Admittedly, present petition is filed in October, 2023 i.e. after nearly a year and a half. This is an admitted fact that the Civil Suit is pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kadipur bearing O.S. No.175 of 2022.

¶4In the present case, Civil Court has not granted any stay order, therefore, there is no question of any construction raised in violation of order of Civil Court, thus, no question of anti status-quo arises before this Court. Petitioner has liberty of pressing stay application before the Civil Court concerned.
