¶1Mr. M.A. Fareedi, learned counsel for the respondent no.7 states that the photographs filed as annexure no.2 to the writ petition are not affixed by respondent no.7-Nagar Palika, District Ambedkar Nagar and in case the same are removed, Nagar Palika, District Ambedkar Nagar has no objection.

¶2The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

¶4It is always open for the respondent authority in case they find any illegality with regard to land/pond claimed by the petitioner to initiate action in accordance with law. .
