¶1Heard learned counsel for the petitioners. Office of the learned Chief Standing Counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.1. Sri Brijendra Singh, Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.2 and Sri Indu Prakash Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no. 3. The petitioners claim that while holding the post of Helper, which is a Class-IV post, they retired from service on

30.06.2020 and 31.01.2021 but entire post retiral dues of the petitioners have not been paid. The petitioners have repeatedly requested to the respondents to ensure payment of entire retiral dues but no payment has been made till date. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that the payment shall be made within a very short span of time. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent no.3 to release the entire retiral dues to the petitioners within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
