The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the concerned court below i.e. Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh to decide the Complaint Case No. 7864 of 2021 (Kapil Dev Verma. Vs. Dinesh Kumar Maurya) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station-Sangipur, district Pratapgarh, pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Pratapgarh, within some stipulated period. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter under the N.I. Act is pending since 2021 whereas Section 143(3) of N.I. Act itself provides that such a case shall be decided within six months. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Court concerned, is directed to consider the case of the applicant, pending before him as expeditiously as possible and in any manner, within a period of six months, in accordance with law, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The concerned Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of parties. With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
