The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has filed by the applicant with the prayer to direct the concerned court below i.e. Additional Court, Faizabad district Ayodhya/Faizabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 976 of 2021 (Om Narayan Singh .Vs. Priyanshu Singh.) under Section 138 N.I. Act, pending before the Additional Court Faizabad, district Ayodhya/Faizabad within some stipulated period. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the matter under the N.I. Act is pending since 2021 whereas Section 143(3) of N.I. Act itself provides that such a case shall be decided within six months. In view of the aforesaid submission, the Court concerned, is directed to consider the case of the applicant, pending before him as expeditiously as possible and in any manner, within a period of six months, in accordance with law, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. The concerned Court shall not grant any unnecessary adjournments to either of parties. With the aforesaid direction, the application is disposed of.
