¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties.

¶2Petition has been filed challenging order dated 31.07.2023 so far as it directs recovery from salary of petitioner.

¶3It has been submitted that against the aforesaid order, petitioner has already submitted a representation dated

17.08.2023 before opposite party no. 3 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police, PAC Anubhag, Ayodhya. It is submitted that direction may be issued for earlier disposal of the representation without making a recovery against petitioner till final decision.

¶4Considering the innocuous prayer, without entering into merits of the case, the opposite party no. 3 i.e. Deputy Inspector General of Police, PAC Anubhag, Ayodhya is directed to decide petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023 within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the concerned authority along with copy of the representation dated 17.08.2023. It is directed that till final decision upon petitioner's representation, no recovery shall be effected from his petitioner salary in pursuance of the impugned order dated 31.07.2023.
