¶1Heard.

¶2Sri Amrendra Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has produced the copy of letter dated 26.09.2023 preferred by District Magistrate, Lucknow enclosing therewith the relevant documents showing that the amount in question has been recovered and a cheque of Rs. 28,55,656/- has been deposited before the U.P. Real Estate Regulatory Authority

(RERA). Photocopy of the aforesaid documents has been provided to learned counsel for the petitioner and the same is taken on record.

¶3In the wake of aforesaid development, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition,

¶4Accordingly, the instant contempt petition is dismissed.
