(3) Learned A.G.A., has filed a short counter affidavit in which it has been stated that the Charge-sheet has been prepared against the Petitioners nos.1, 3, 4 & 5 namely Ram Karan, Kalawati, Ram Preeti and Archan respectively and the Petitioner no.2 namely Shri Molhe, has died.
