This petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of CERTIORARI to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 22.08.2023 registered at Case Crime No.0376/2023, Under Sections 409 I.P.C., Police Station-Paraspur, District-Gonda, lodged by the opposite party no.4 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, so far it relates to the present petitioners." A short counter afÏdavit has been filed today by learned A.G.A. It has been stated in paragraph-6 of the said afÏdavit that the petitioners were not found involved in the commission of offence and their names have been deleted during the course of investigation.
