¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties.
¶2Petition has been filed seeking a direction to opposite parties for payment of interest on delayed payment of gratuity.
¶3It has been submitted that petitioner's father late Ganga Prasad Gupta passed away in service on 27.05.2011 but some recovery was made from his gratuity which was challenged before this Court in Writ Petition No.11739 (S/S) of 2017 by brother of petitioner which was allowed vide judgment and order dated 15.10.2019.
