¶1Heard Ms. Kritika Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Manish Jauhari, learned counsel for respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State.

¶2Petitioners have approached this Court submitting that while passing award dated 16.12.2000, Additional District Magistrate (Land Acquisition), Sharda Sahayak Pariyojana, Collectorate, Lucknow provided as follows: " शቦኍ ससुखवविन्दर ससिሺह ससूद वि परमजቦኍत ससिሺह ससूद, शቦኍमतቦኍ जगददेई आवद दቛኋरቛኋ बबोररिሺग, आबቛኋदቦኍ, विवृक, टसूबविदेल आवद पररसम्पसቈኌयोሱ कदे ्ቚवतकर कक मቛኋिሺग कक हहै। इस सम्बन्ध मम अजरन वविभቛኋग नदे ्ቚस्तቛኋवि कदे सቛኋथ पररसम्पसቈኌयोሱ कक ससूचቦኍ वदनቛኋिሺक 5.7.1999 उपलब्ध करቛኋयቦኍ थቦኍ, सजसकदे आधቛኋर पर मसूल्यቛኋिሺकन हदेतसु सम्बनन्धत वविभቛኋगोሱ कबो सलखቛኋ गयቛኋ हहै। मसूल्यቛኋिሺकन आख्यቛኋ्ቚ ቛኋ्቎ न हबोनदे कदे कቛኋरण पररसम्पसቈኌयोሱ कቛኋ अवभवनणरय घबोवषित नहीሻ वकयቛኋ जቛኋ रहቛኋ हहै। पररसम्पसቈኌयोሱ कቛኋ मसूल्यቛኋिሺकन सम्बनन्धत वविभቛኋगोሱ सदे ्ቚቛኋ्቎ हबोनदे कदे उपरቛኋन्त अनसुपसूरक अवभवनणरय घबोवषित वकयቛኋ जቛኋएगቛኋ।"

¶3In furtherance thereto, supplementary award was required to be given for boring, abadi, tube-well etc. but till date the same is not provided or given.

¶4The petitioners prays that a direction may be issued for declaring the said supplementary award.

¶5Respondent no.3-Special Land Acquisition Officer (now designated as Additional District Magistrate), Sharda Sahayak Pariyojana, Collectorate, Lucknow is directed to consider and declare the same within a period of four months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him after hearing all the parties concerned in accordance with law.
