1.Learned Standing Counsel has placed before this Court a copy of the order dated 28.10.2023 whereby the petitioner has been posted in the nearby district i.e. Muradabad on the post of Constable.

2.Thus, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant writ petition stands redressed.

3.As regards payment of salary, it is open to the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
