25.09.2023 passed by the Vice Chairman, Lucknow Development Authority. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order has been passed without affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Shri J.N. Mathur, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Shri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the Lucknow Development Authority could not dispute the said factual aspect of the matter. Since the order impugned herein dated 25.09.2023 is passed without providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, it is hereby set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed, if they so desire, in accordance with law.
