¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court with regard to proceedings pending before the District Magistrate, Lucknow under Section 47A(iii) of the Indian Stamp Act bearing Stamp Case no.D201910460010256 (State of U.P. vs. M/s. Gurudev Constructions).

¶3After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner would be sufficiently met in case aforesaid proceedings are decided by the District Magistrate within a time frame.

¶4Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same.

¶5In view thereof, respondent no.2-District Magistrate, Lucknow is directed to decide the proceedings of Stamp Case no.D201910460010256 (State of U.P. vs. M/s. Gurudev Constructions) expeditiously in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him after hearing all parties concerned. The petitioner is permitted to raise all its objections before the District Magistrate, which shall be considered and decided by the District Magistrate, Lucknow expeditiously in accordance with law.
