¶1Learned A.G.A. raises preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the present application on the ground that the applicant in the present application is Dhirendra Kumar s/o Akbal Narayan Singh r/o E-55, Golden Enclave, Old Airport Road, Near Britannia Garden, Murugeshpalya, Bangalore, however, the afÏdavit filed in support the application is sworn by one Yogeshwar Singh s/o Tejveer singh r/o Sikandarpur Macchhua, District Aligarh, Adhaar No. 831413533722, which is not permissible.

¶2Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to permit withdrawal of the present application with liberty to file a fresh application.

¶3Prayer made is allowed.

¶4Application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
