¶3Petitioner has approached this Court for the following main relief: "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the Opposite Party No.1 to recover the penalty of Rs.25,000/- in compliance of punishment penalty order dated

11.01.2022 passed in Complaint/appeal No.S-11-9196-C/2013; (Lakhan Singh Vs. Jan Suchna Adhikari) passed by Registrar Uttar Pradesh Right to Information Commission (Contained as Annexure No.1), in the interest of justice."

¶4Petitioner is permitted to approach the Information Commissioner in accordance with law.
