¶1Heard learned counsel for parties.

¶2Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that an enquiry ought to be conducted against respondent no.4-Gram Pradhan for misappropriation of funds.

¶3Learned Standing Counsel, on instructions, states that there is already a Committee constituted by the District Magistrate for conducting an enquiry under Section 95(1)(g) read with Rule 3 of 1997 Rules.

¶4The statement of learned Standing Counsel is taken on record. It is expected that the enquiry shall be conducted expeditiously in accordance with law.
