The innocuous prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner in this petition is for a direction for disposal of Appeal No.896 of 2022, Computerized Case No.D202204040000896(Poonam versus Janki Prasad and others) under Section 72/73 of Indian Registration Act within some short stipulated period, which is said to be listed on

09.11.2023. To which there is no objection by learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel. In view of above, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with direction to the opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law after affording opportunity to the parties expeditiously say within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order subject to cooperation by the petitioner without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. While submitting the certified copy of this order, the petitioner shall also furnish an undertaking that she or her counsel will assist the court even on the dates of strike of lawyers in disposal of case and in case no such undertaking is furnished or if furnished, but not complied, the petitioner shall not be entitled for any benefit of this order.
