Petitioner has approached this Court claiming that by the communication dated 07.04.2018, the District Magistrate has directed the Insurance Company to decide the claim of the husband of the deceased, hence, petitioner's claim should be paid by the Insurance Company. A perusal of the communication dated 07.04.2018 shows that there is no order of the District Level Committee by which claim of the petitioner was decided in his favour as yet. In the given facts and circumstances, petitioner is permitted to approach the respondent no. 2 i.e. the District Magistrate, Barabanki along with certified copy of this order, who shall ensure that the claim of the petitioner is considered and decided by the District Level Committee in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of production/receipt of certified copy of this order.
