¶1Heard learned counsel for petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri Dilip Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha.

¶2Petitioners' main grievance is that private respondents no.5 to 7 are trying to raise illegal constructions on the land of which, patta has been granted to the petitioners.

¶3Petitioners have a remedy of filing a suit for injunction as allegations are against private individuals.
